Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers The Snail Squad subscriptions and gift envelopes bought through scribblingdubai.com. Live event bookings and custom orders are covered at the end.

Subscriptions renew automatically

Monthly plans are charged every month, 3-month plans every three months and 12-month plans every year, until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel before the 15th of any month. If you cancel after the 15th, the cancellation takes effect the following month, because that month’s envelope is already being prepared.

To cancel, email nidhi@scribblingdubai.com or message us on WhatsApp. Cancelling stops your plan from renewing.

Refunds

Every envelope is personalised and packed by hand, so orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be refunded.

Payments already made are not refunded, including unused months on 3-month and 12-month plans.

Gift envelopes

A gift envelope is a one-time payment. To cancel one, email nidhi@scribblingdubai.com or message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. It cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been processed or shipped.

Missing or damaged envelopes

If your envelope does not arrive, or arrives damaged, email nidhi@scribblingdubai.com. We will share tracking updates and send a replacement if needed. Please make sure the delivery address and phone number you enter at checkout are correct.

Changing your address or details

Tell us before the 15th of the month and the change will apply to the next envelope.

Live events and custom orders

Deposits, rescheduling and cancellation terms for event bookings and custom pieces are set out in your quote or invoice.
