These terms apply when you use scribblingdubai.com or buy from Scribbling Dubai, including The Snail Squad. Scribbling Dubai (trade licence no. 1272168) is run by Nidhi Dokania in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Our services

We offer calligraphy, engraving and painting for live events, brand activations and custom orders. These are quoted individually, and the quote or invoice sets out the price, timing and any deposit.

The Snail Squad

  • Orders must be placed by an adult. Parents and guardians order on behalf of children.
  • We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, and delivery is included in the price.
  • Subscription envelopes arrive between the 1st and 5th of each month. Orders close on the 15th of each month for the following month’s envelope.
  • Delivery within the UAE usually takes 3 to 5 days.
  • Prices are shown in AED at checkout. Launch offers may change or end for new subscribers.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel: every month, every three months or every year, depending on the plan.
  • You are responsible for giving us a correct delivery address, phone number and the name the letter should be addressed to.

Our stories and artwork

The Snail Squad stories, characters, illustrations and stickers, and the calligraphy, artwork and photographs on this website, belong to Scribbling Dubai. They are for your personal enjoyment and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without written permission.

Artwork you ask us to create

If you ask us to reproduce a logo, character or other artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

Liability

We take great care with every piece and every envelope. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
